“I wanted to follow up regarding the recently completed construction projects for Penn Medicine / Princeton Healthcare. As one of the owners Rep for Project Management Services, I have dealt with many general contractors, vendors etc on several projects over several years. During that time it became apparent that Axis CM always rose to the top of the competition through, bidding, value engineering, preparation, project management and quality control of the finished projects.
Both the on site Supervision as well as the Project Managers were also extremely well versed with the effort at hand including preparation and participation in all pertinent meetings with the client and Watchdog. I personally never felt that there would be an Uh Oh moment that I’ve experienced with other contractors, but more so a methodical presentation including viable alternatives when unforeseen conditions arose.
My appreciation even extends beyond the front line management as issues crept up, Axis Sr Management was always engaged and able to discuss solutions and make commitments quickly for mutually beneficial solutions.
